I want to take this time to tout or brag on our Board and the success they have had in promoting the River Oaks community.

This is the Board that has brought this community to the cmTent standard where you chose to live. This Board has put many months of time and effort into supporting the Covenants and Restrictions striving to maintain the highest standards; being dedicated to protecting the property values and enhancing safety issues as much as possible without being intrusive into members' lifestyle.  This is the Boards intent and focus!

In addition, I am personally invested to doing all that I can to ensure safety for our community. As most of you realize, I closed and locked the gate at the back of the property to prevent through traffic. In doing so this makes us a closed community. All who enter through the Guard House must exit through same.

This Board is a tried and true group and the results of good management are obvious as we are the premier community to live in Crossville. These are all volunteer business people with solid backgrounds in real estate and business management who love this area. They are willing to intenupt their business to meet for the Board, when necessary. In the past, it has worked well as necessary meeting requirements were reasonable and therefore manageable. Lately, they have been somewhat stressed due to some unforeseen demands. This should not be the norm.

The results of this Board's work represent the community well. They are glad to be of service as we are all interested in the same outcome of a beautiful and safe place to live.

 Respectively,

Mary Lou Wibel, Chairman
