River Oaks is an Architecturally Controlled Community.  It is governed by the Architectural Control Committee (ACC) of the Boardwalk Property Owners' Association.  The PDF below is the ACC document titled "Requirements For Building A New Home Or Changing The Exterior Of An Existing Home At River Oaks".  This was originally one file; but it was too large to upload to this site.  So, it is broken into three separate files.  Part "2" continues where Part "1" leaves off; and Part "3" continues where Part "2" leaves off.
